Sealing your asphalt has many benefits. It shields against weather, preventing cracks and damage. Extends lifespan by resisting oxidation and erosion. Restores black color, boosts curb appeal. Prevents costly repairs/replacement. Guards against oil and chemical stains.

Newly installed driveways should be allowed to cure for at least 6-12 months before the first sealcoating. After that, we recommend sealcoating every 2-3 years.

It is very important to start with a clean surface before applying a sealant. Our experts will do a full preperation before application so you don’t have to! We will de-weed all borders, clean all dirt and debris, fill cracks, and clean oil/chemical spills.

We recommend keeping vehicles off the newly sealed driveway for a minimum of 24 hours. However once the sealant is dry to touch (4-6 hours) you are able to walk on the surface. 

We use a water-based asphalt emulsion sealer. It is a carefully engineered blend of key components designed to protect and enhance asphalt surfaces. This type of sealer comprises emulsified asphalt, which is asphalt suspended in water, along with polymers and other additives. The emulsified asphalt forms a strong protective barrier, while the polymers enhance flexibility and durability. Water serves as the solvent, making it eco-friendly and aiding in easy application. This composition creates a balanced and effective solution that shields against environmental elements, UV rays, and everyday wear, while also providing a renewed and polished appearance to your asphalt surfaces.
